We are a Sydney Based Company and currently ship within Australia & Internationally
NB: All International Import Taxes will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
- $14.00 ~ Standard Shipping (We utilize both Australia Post tracked mail ONLY (this can be changed without warning at anytime)
- $16.95 ~ Express Shipping via the Australia Post network

PLEASE NOTE: Bulky / Heavy Items are excluded from the flat rate shipping fee and will attract an additional freight charge

- Large Boxes (Such as Diamond Dots/Kits)
- Large crafting ruler
International Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated after your order is place. This will be based on your destination and weight/cubic meter of the order.
An invoice will be sent for payment, and once paid your order will be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- We send all orders via AIR MAIL by Australia post.
- We mail orders to almost any country. provided postal tracking and insurance is available for that country.
- Postage and handling will be charged at only slightly above the actual postage cost to ensure we recover the cost of special packaging.
- Larger value orders will be sent as signature required on receipt (Australia $4.00) and insured at our discretion. – The cost will be added to your additional invoice and itemised for your reference.
- Tracked International Parcel Post – Insurance – Express Post and Express Parcel – International Courier services etc are available at the customers request and at customers expense.
- We will NOT ship any order to any destination where the carrier is organised and contracted by the customer.
